As for where to repair, I’m not really sure. I’ve never had mine broken before. I do know of a couple of super cheap tablets you can buy as a replacement, though. There’s the monoprice tablet ($50) and the Yiynova ($570) cintiq alternative, if the tablet you have is fancier. I didn’t link to where to buy them, but I linked to reviews from Ray Frenden. That guy knows what he’s talking about. I can’t speak from personal experience on these, but on top of his endorsement, there’s a handful of illustrators and cartoonists who went and got these after his reviews and I’ve heard no complaints. I’m just mentioning these in case the cost to repair your tablet end up being more expensive than a replacement. And it’s good for people to know there’s stuff out there other than Wacoms.
As for actually repairing, I don’t know. I’d drop a question in Ray’s ask box, though.
